I was in the mood for something creamy, cheesy, and with chicken. So I got a recipe from Campbell's Soup using cream of mushroom. However, I didn't like the crap ingredients so I bought organic cream of mushroom soup instead. I added peas, broccoli, rice (uncooked), soup, water, and the raw chicken into my Deep Covered Baker from Pampered Chef. I baked it according to the directions and added ten minutes. The chicken wasn't even close. So I turned it up to 400 degrees for another 30 minutes. That worked. It came out pretty good. I should have known though. I'm experienced enough to know that the dish was too deep to thoroughly cook the chicken (jackass). So in the future, I will definitely be browning the chicken first.
